GB/T 39433-2020气弹簧设计计算2021.06.01实施。标准适用于压缩气弹簧、可锁定气弹簧、座椅升降气弹簧和拉伸气弹簧,其他气弹簧可参照使用。标准规定了气弹簧的参数名称、符号、说明及单位,常用的结构型式,设计计算原理和设计计算。气弹簧参数名称、符号、说明及单位见表1。
气弹簧由一个密闭缸筒和可以在缸筒内滑动的活塞及活塞杆组件组成的以氮气或其他惰性气体为储能介质的弹性元件。压缩气弹簧是无外力作用下活塞杆呈自由伸展状态,并承受压力的气弹簧。可锁定气弹簧,在运动行程内,可在任意位置锁定或开启的气弹簧。座椅升降气弹簧,用于座椅高度调节并可在运动行程内任意位置锁定或开启的气弹簧。拉伸气弹簧,无外力作用下活塞杆呈自由回弹状态,并承受拉力的气弹簧。
5kN气弹簧疲劳寿命试验机,测定气弹簧动态疲劳性能、气弹簧循环寿命性能。测试气弹簧开启力和启动力,采力点C处伸展力和压缩力F1F2F3F4,计算气弹簧公称力、动态摩擦力和弹力比率,绘制载荷力-位移曲线。气弹簧外筒筒壁温度50℃监测,HRJ气弹簧疲劳寿命试验附具,1.5倍气弹簧疲劳荷载刚度。
