100kN水工混凝土轴向拉伸性能试验机,测定混凝土轴向抗拉强度、极限拉伸值和抗拉弹性模量。绘制混凝土轴向拉伸荷载-位移曲线、轴向拉伸应力-应变曲线,求取0~1/3破坏应力的割线弹性模量,确定混凝土抗拉弹性模量。混凝土拉伸试验加载模式采用荷载控制加载、位移控制加载和混合分段加载,对混凝土试件施加小于3kN拉力,调整偏心率不超过15%,以0.1MPa/s混凝土试件拉断试验,0.06mm/min~0.2mm/min混凝土开裂试验,0.2mm/min~0.5mm/min混凝土拉力拉断试验。HRJ-Test混凝土拉伸测控软件实时绘制混凝土应力-应变曲线、混凝土荷载-位移曲线。
